Sales Development Representative

About the Role

You will identify and qualify potential investors, generate and nurture leads, and book meetings for Account Executives. You will prospect via cold calling, email, social media, and events, present offerings to prospects, qualify their fit, maintain CRM records, and refine outreach strategies based on market signals.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales business development or a related role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
  • Knowledge of private credit investments alternative investments or financial markets is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Research potential investors including high-net-worth individuals family offices and institutional investors
  • Prospect using cold calling email outreach social media and networking events
  • Engage prospects and present investment offerings
  • Qualify leads based on criteria and pass high-quality prospects to Account Executives
  • Schedule appointments between qualified investors and Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of prospect interactions lead status and follow-up activities
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve lead generation strategies
  • Monitor industry trends competitor activities and market developments
