Sales Development Representative
About the Role
You will build and maintain a high-volume outbound pipeline, research target companies and decision-makers, and execute daily outreach. You will strictly use Salesforce as the single source of truth, upload and track leads, pre-qualify prospects, and schedule demo meetings. You will run multi-step follow-ups, handle written objections, iterate messaging based on results, and participate in regular syncs to improve conversion rates.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in outbound sales lead generation or SDR roles
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (mandatory)
- Experience with HubSpot
- Experience with outbound and prospecting tools such as Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- B2B SaaS experience (payments or fintech is a strong advantage)
- Ability to work with large volumes of outreach
- Strong written communication skills
- High level of discipline and process thinking
- English working proficiency
- Russian is a strong advantage
