Sales Director
About the Role
You will target financial institutions, licensed market participants, and technology partners across Hong Kong and Greater China. You will achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets, prospect and plan territory and accounts, build and maintain relationships with prospects and customers, navigate complex enterprise accounts and coordinate across stakeholders, collaborate with Sales Engineers, BDRs and the GTM team, and keep the CRM up to date.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge and experience of financial institutions in APAC
- Enterprise software (SaaS) sales experience
- Experience within financial services, cybersecurity, or cryptocurrency preferred
- Experience formalizing and supporting co-sell motions with technology partners preferred
- Understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency
- Proven track record of over-achievement in enterprise sales
- Experience closing complex deals within financial services or fintech sectors
- Entrepreneurial and relentless hunting attitude
- Willingness to prospect and qualify new opportunities
- Ability to thrive in a team-selling environment
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
