Sales Director, Mandarin Speaking

About the Role

You will build and execute the payments sales strategy across APAC, targeting financial institutions, licensed market participants, and technology partners. You will prospect, qualify, and manage opportunities, conduct territory and account planning, work closely with Sales Engineers and BDRs, maintain the CRM, and close enterprise deals to meet revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge and experience of the Payments space or Financial institutions in APAC
  • Enterprise software (SaaS) sales experience
  • Experience in financial services, cybersecurity, or cryptocurrency preferred
  • Experience formalizing and supporting co-sell motions with technology partners preferred
  • Understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency
  • Proven track record of over-achievement in enterprise sales
  • Entrepreneurial and relentless hunting attitude
  • Willingness to prospect and qualify new opportunities
  • Ability to thrive in a team-selling environment
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
