Sales Enablement Manager

About the Role

You will design, develop, and continuously improve sales enablement programs, training materials, and certifications. You will create and maintain content and short demo videos, manage the LMS and knowledge tools, deliver onboarding and role-based training, identify skill gaps using performance data, and coordinate enablement initiatives with Sales and cross-functional partners.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a high-performance sales organization in Sales Enablement or L&D
  • Strong understanding of sales content tools and training
  • Experience with content management and learning management systems
  • Docebo experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with the Digital Asset market and trends is preferred
  • Experience with Command of the Message or MEDDPICC is preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain enablement content in Docebo and Rise
  • Develop educational content for ongoing training programs
  • Update materials for new products and process updates
  • Produce and edit short demo and process tutorial videos
  • Build tailored learning paths and certifications in the LMS
  • Maintain knowledge management tools to ensure accessibility
  • Work with sales leadership to develop execute and optimize enablement programs
  • Determine enablement priorities with key sales stakeholders
  • Communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders
  • Gather and apply feedback to iterate on enablement strategy
  • Use performance data to identify skill gaps and training needs
  • Deliver onboarding and training programs and lead role-plays and practice sessions
  • Evaluate select and implement enablement platforms and manage vendor tools
  • Oversee logistics and operational execution for trainings offsites and venues
