Sales Engineer

About the Role

You will take ownership of designated projects and client engagements, guiding opportunities from technical qualification through onboarding. You will conduct tailored product demonstrations, set up and test proofs of concept, and translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. You will coordinate workshops, prepare RFx/RFP responses, deliver technical presentations to executives and security professionals, and enable customers through knowledge transfer and hands-on onboarding.

Requirements

  • 8 -10 years experience in pre-sales or consulting within Fintech, Crypto, or Cybersecurity
  • High technical acumen and willingness to investigate complex technologies
  • Confident and concise communication with excellent presentation skills
  • Demonstrable passion for blockchain and the crypto industry
  • Analytical approach to connect technical and business requirements
  • Proactive self-starter mindset with knowledge of banking, financial services, or fintech
  • Experience working with Webhooks and REST APIs and performing basic scripting tasks
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin
