Sales Excellence Manager
About the Role
You will design, develop, and continuously improve sales enablement programs to increase seller productivity. You will work with sales leadership to set priorities, create onboarding and ongoing training, produce and coordinate enablement content (including short product demo videos), maintain knowledge management systems, use performance data to find skill gaps, and relay feedback to iterate on enablement strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a high-performance sales organization in sales, enablement, or L&D
- Strong understanding of the sales environment including sales content, tools, and training
- Experience with content management and learning management systems (LMS)
- Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Fast and self-learner
- Highly driven and motivated
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, optimize, and assess enablement programs with sales leadership
- Determine sales enablement priorities with sales stakeholders
- Ensure sufficient knowledge level for internal reps and partners
- Communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders
- Build trusted relationships with sales reps
- Streamline cross-functional processes as a liaison
- Provide effective onboarding and training programs for sales reps
- Coordinate educational content for ongoing training
- Facilitate content creation and use with sales and marketing teams
- Create and edit video shorts for product demos and process tutorials
- Gather and relay feedback to iterate on the enablement strategy
- Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps
- Maintain knowledge management tools and ensure accessibility
