Sales Lead - Protocols

About the Role

You will lead protocol sales in the US, building and executing targeted sales strategies to onboard protocols into a compliance and ecosystem monitoring suite. You will conduct deep discovery with protocol teams to understand compliance, security, and ecosystem risk needs, then translate those into solutions. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle from pipeline generation and presentations to solution design, negotiations, and closing. You will partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure successful onboarding and long-term adoption, represent the company at industry events and ecosystem gatherings, and track activities and forecasts in the CRM.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of experience in protocol sales or working directly with blockchain protocols
  • Strong existing network within crypto protocols stablecoin issuers or Web3 developer ecosystems
  • Proven track record of closing six-figure+ deals
  • Prior startup experience ideally in an early-stage environment building pipeline and processes
  • Knowledge of blockchain infrastructure compliance or risk management
  • Proven ability to exceed sales quotas and accelerate new market entry
  • High EQ and relationship-building skills
  • Creative entrepreneurial problem solver who thrives in ambiguity
  • Organized and detail-oriented
