Sales Team Lead
About the Role
You will split your time between hands-on enterprise selling and leading a team of Account Executives. You will coach and mentor reps, cultivate executive relationships, run in-depth discovery sessions, and craft tailored solutions that map fraud and compliance challenges to business value. You will own the end-to-end sales process from pipeline qualification and demos through negotiation and contracting, collaborating with cross-functional teams to close large deals.
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- 4+ years selling to US banks and Fortune 1000 companies, preferably in fraud and compliance
- Extensive network of industry executives and leaders
- Proven consultative sales and discovery skills
- Ability to translate risk, compliance, and technical challenges into business value
- Experience managing complex, multi-threaded sales cycles
- Strong research, planning, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication, public speaking, and writing skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
Responsibilities
- Coach and empower Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Cultivate relationships with executives in business, technology, risk, and compliance
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to identify client challenges and priorities
- Establish credibility and thought leadership in digital transformation, digital identity, compliance, and fraud
- Demonstrate product value and design solutions aligned to client needs
- Manage end-to-end sales processes including qualification, demos, negotiation, and contracting
- Collaborate with Growth, BDR, and Solutions Engineering teams on outbound and deal execution
- Provide market and prospect feedback to cross-functional teams
