Senior Account Executive
About the Role
You will prospect and qualify top restaurants in Los Angeles, develop and execute a creative end-to-end sales process, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals. You will own a local portfolio, learn operators' pain points and growth drivers, and provide customer feedback to shape the go-to-market approach and product. You will operate in the field, represent the product to stakeholders, and help establish a strong market presence in Los Angeles.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a closing role, preferably in B2B SaaS or hospitality-adjacent industries
- Proven track record of exceeding quota and navigating longer complex sales cycles
- Deep understanding of the Los Angeles hospitality industry and a network of local operators or partners
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity with a builder’s mindset and high ownership
Responsibilities
- Shape the go-to-market playbook and influence product direction through customer feedback
- Identify and source qualified restaurant leads
- Develop and own a creative and effective end-to-end sales process
- Own a portfolio of local restaurants and understand their pain points and growth drivers
- Drive new restaurant growth through a best-in-class sales experience
- Establish the company's footprint in the Los Angeles market
