Senior Account Executive (Field Sales)
About the Role
You will generate high-quality pipeline by attending conferences, ecosystem events, and in-person meetings, building relationships with developers, protocols, wallets, and enterprise teams. You will lead discovery, qualification, technical scoping, and deal strategy, running a structured consultative sales process and independently closing new business. You will manage and grow the accounts you originate, provide account coverage when needed, and run targeted outbound prospecting to refine messaging and scale outreach. You will partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations to refine segmentation, pipeline visibility, and handoffs, help establish sales playbooks and qualification frameworks, and provide input on quota, compensation, and territory planning. You will represent the company at events and customer meetings and travel globally as required.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of full-cycle sales experience with demonstrated pipeline sourcing and deal closing
- Strong field-sales capability and willingness to travel for conferences and in-person meetings
- Experience selling to technical buyers or developer teams and excellent consultative selling skills
- Ability to operate with high autonomy in an early-stage GTM environment
- Collaborative mindset and ability to partner across Product, BD, Leadership, and Operations
- Willingness to travel globally for customer meetings, conferences, and twice-annual team offsites
- Knowledge and passion for decentralized finance
Responsibilities

- Develop sales playbook elements including qualification frameworks and account allocation rules
- Provide input on quota design, compensation structure, and territory planning
- Represent the company at events and serve as a trusted GTM advisor
- Travel globally for customer meetings and conferences
