Senior Account Executive - Fintech
About the Role
You will act as a founder-level partner to customers, owning strategy, execution, and outcomes across major fintech accounts. You will source and close deals end-to-end, sell stablecoin and wallet payment infrastructure into regulated environments, help design and scale real-world payment use cases, feed market and customer insights back into product and GTM, and work closely with product and engineering to unblock deals and ensure successful implementations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or GTM roles (strong preference for 8 to 12 years)
- Proven experience selling fintech or crypto infrastructure products
- Deep knowledge of stablecoins, payment rails, compliance constraints, and financial workflows
- Existing network across fintech founders, operators, or decision makers
- Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous, early-stage environments
- Technical fluency to engage with APIs, architecture, engineering, product, and compliance teams
- Founder or early employee experience building and selling fintech or crypto products is a strong plus
- Strong GTM mindset including defining ICPs, refining messaging, and creating demand
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle end to end, from sourcing and outbound to closing and expansion
- Lead go-to-market efforts with fintechs, payments companies, remittance providers, neobanks, PSPs, and financial institutions
- Sell stablecoin, wallet, and crypto payment infrastructure into complex regulated environments
- Close high-impact strategic deals including multi-year enterprise contracts
- Act as a trusted advisor to founders, executives, product leaders, and technical teams
- Design, validate, and scale stablecoin and crypto payment use cases with customers
- Feed market, competitive, and customer insights back into product, marketing, and leadership
- Collaborate with product and engineering to unblock deals, influence roadmap decisions, and ensure successful implementations
