Senior Account Executive - Onramps
About the Role
You will own the full sales cycle from sourcing and outbound to closing and expansion. You will proactively discover and engage crypto-native fintechs and payment startups, lead sales around fiat to crypto onramps, stablecoin rails, and wallet infrastructure, and close deals ranging from early pilots to multi-year contracts. You will act as a trusted partner to founders, product leaders, and engineers to design scalable fiat to crypto flows, build long-term relationships across payments and fintech, develop deep product and technical knowledge with product and engineering, and feed market and customer insights back into GTM strategy and roadmap decisions.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of stablecoins wallets onramps and crypto payments
- Experience in fintech payments or crypto infrastructure
- Strong understanding of fiat rails KYC compliance and payment flows
- Proven ability to build pipeline and close B2B deals
- Experience selling to founders product teams and technical stakeholders
- Technically fluent with APIs architecture and implementation details
- Self-starter with a high-energy autonomous work style and outbound mindset
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle end to end
- Proactively discover and engage crypto-native fintechs and payment startups
- Lead sales efforts for fiat to crypto onramps stablecoin rails and wallet infrastructure
- Close complex high-impact deals from pilots to multi-year contracts
- Act as a trusted partner to founders product leaders and engineers to design scalable fiat to crypto flows
- Build long-term relationships across the crypto payments and fintech ecosystem
- Develop deep product and technical knowledge collaborating with product and engineering
- Feed market customer and competitive insights into GTM strategy and roadmap
- Use AI and modern tooling to scale prospecting follow-ups and deal execution
