Senior Account Executive

About the Role

You will sell enterprise compliance and surveillance solutions to financial institutions in the APAC region. You will generate and manage a robust sales pipeline, conduct outreach, deliver tailored presentations and proposals, negotiate complex deals, and close business to meet quarterly revenue targets. You will liaise with product specialists, solutions consultants, and customer success to ensure smooth client engagements and deployments. You will keep CRM records up to date and represent the company at local industry events while staying informed on regulatory and market trends.

Requirements

  • 5+ years enterprise software B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Proven track record selling complex solutions to financial institutions
  • Deep knowledge of APAC financial services trading workflows compliance and risk management
  • Working knowledge of trading technology and digital asset crypto ecosystem
  • Exceptional prospecting presentation negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent verbal written and presentation skills in English
  • Willingness to travel regionally for client meetings and events
  • Fluency in additional regional languages is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed quarterly new revenue quota
  • Drive new business development within the APAC market
  • Generate and maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and closing
  • Articulate product value and create tailored sales materials
  • Compete against established legacy vendors
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with senior stakeholders in compliance risk and trading
  • Stay current on regulatory requirements market trends and competitive landscape
  • Partner with product specialists solutions consultants and customer success for client engagement
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates
  • Represent the company at local industry events and networking functions
