Senior Account Manager
About the Role
You will manage and nurture relationships with top-tier partners to ensure their success. You will act as a trusted advisor, run account planning workshops, implement and refine partner feedback surveys, produce monthly insight reports, analyze conversion rates, coordinate requests and product updates, and keep the CRM accurate and up to date.
Requirements
- 4+ years in account management, business development, or sales
- Experience in global fintech or web3 companies preferred
- Proven ability to present, communicate, and influence across organizational hierarchies
- Experience working cross-functionally with Business Development and other teams
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and planning skills
- BS or BA degree
- Interest in and knowledge of the web3 space
- Proven track record delivering client-centric solutions
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Responsibilities

- Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management system
