Senior Analyst, Sales Strategy and Operations

About the Role

You will act as a strategic business partner to BUILD and SCALE program leads, translating priorities into operational workflows and execution plans. You will design and implement standardized onboarding, tracking, and reporting processes, identify friction points, deploy automation and AI-driven solutions, and build dashboards and insight frameworks that surface partner health, risks, and expansion opportunities. You will work cross-functionally with Data, Product, and Engineering to ensure data accuracy, tooling alignment, and scalable execution.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing automation workflows (e.g., Zapier, Make)
  • Proven experience operating as a business partner or in a GTM-adjacent role supporting Sales, Partnerships, or Program teams
  • Strong ability to leverage AI and LLM tools to scale operations and automate reporting
  • Demonstrated systems thinking and problem-solving ability to break down ambiguous problems
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills with experience aligning Sales, Product, and Data stakeholders
  • Experience in Web3 or TradFi with domain understanding of GTM and partner ecosystems
  • Experience building dashboards or data workflows using SQL and BigQuery
  • Familiarity with Salesforce objects, pipelines, and reporting
