Senior Backend Engineer (Cross-Chain Solver)
About the Role
You will design and implement a high-performance cross-chain solver that monitors and executes transactions across multiple blockchain networks. You will develop and optimize routing and pricing algorithms, implement liquidity management and rebalancing strategies, and build resilient transaction submission and monitoring systems. You will collaborate with smart contract developers to integrate with on-chain protocols, create comprehensive testing frameworks, and maintain high coding standards through code reviews and best practices. You will operate autonomously, focus on performance and security, and iterate quickly to improve throughput and reliability.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of backend development experience
- Proficiency in TypeScript and NestJS
- Experience with statistical analysis or data science
- Strong background in data structure and algorithm design
- Deep understanding of blockchain architecture and mempool dynamics
- Experience building high-throughput services
- Familiarity with blockchain RPC interfaces
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools
- Familiarity with caching solutions such as Redis
- Strong system design skills and ability to think like an architect
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
