Senior Blockchain Engineer
About the Role
You will design, develop, and scale components that connect the platform to blockchain networks. You will build and maintain indexers, data pipelines, integrations, and smart contracts, and develop APIs and services exposing onchain data. You will troubleshoot indexing issues, resolve performance bottlenecks, and improve reliability under real-world financial workloads. You will contribute to CI/CD, monitoring, and observability, document systems, and support technical discussions and audits to ensure security and resilience.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ in blockchain development.
- Strong in TypeScript, plus ideally one systems language (Rust, Go, C++).
- Proven experience building blockchain indexers, explorers, or related tooling.
- Skilled in designing and auditing smart contracts (EVM and non-EVM a plus).
- Familiar with multiple blockchain ecosystems, both public (Ethereum, Solana, Cosmos, etc.) and private (Besu, Canton, R3 Corda, etc.).
- Expertise with databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, NoSQL) and data pipelines.
- Strong understanding of blockchain security, cryptography, and consensus models.
- Clear communicator with experience collaborating across product and infrastructure.
