Senior Business Development Associate

About the Role

You will act as a core member of operations, landing and growing strategic partnerships and managing large partner relationships. You will serve as a trusted advisor to partners, collaborate with stakeholders to design events, content, and offers, evaluate new markets, and create activation and growth programming. You will deliver against business objectives and maintain clear documentation and deal hygiene in sales tools.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Business Development or related experience
  • Ability to structure negotiate and close high value or complex deals
  • Understanding of pricing models unit economics and ROI calculations
  • Ability to structure analyze and solve complex business problems
  • Proven track record of complex problem solving and decision making
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Team player
  • Experience with Hubspot Salesforce or other CRMs (desirable)
  • Experience working in both U.S and LATAM (desirable)
  • Experience with or interest in crypto and blockchain (desirable)
