Senior Business Development Manager, Americas
About the Role
You will own the Americas territory and run the full go-to-market motion from market segmentation and outreach to negotiation and contract signature. You will build and maintain a high-quality pipeline, close complex multi-stakeholder deals, represent the company at industry events, provide regional insights to influence product and monetisation, and run disciplined forecasting and CRM processes to drive measurable revenue outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise business development or sales across gaming, B2B tech, advertising platforms, or high-growth startups
- Experience as a top-tier consultant or investment banker who transitioned into commercial roles is welcome
- Proven track record of sourcing, shaping and closing complex multi-stakeholder deals with $1,000,000+ total contract value
- Experience building a pipeline from scratch in a new region or market category with ownership of revenue outcomes
- Self-starting mindset suited to autonomous roles with ability to set pace and drive results
- Strategic and commercial intuition with ability to pitch at executive level and run high-conviction conversations
- Operational excellence across CRM revenue forecasting and disciplined sales execution
- High learning velocity and ability to adapt to new products monetisation models and studio segments
- Proactive energetic operator who thrives in competitive environments
Responsibilities
- Originate and close large commercial partnerships with top-tier game studios and publishers across North America and Latin America
- Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of strategic opportunities and exceed revenue targets
- Own the end-to-end go-to-market motion for the region from market segmentation and outreach to negotiation and contract signature
- Represent the company at conferences and industry events and build relationships with senior decision makers
- Provide regional insights and customer feedback to influence product messaging and monetisation strategy
- Run disciplined deal cycles with accurate forecasting, CRM excellence, and clear cross-functional communication
- Partner with leadership to expand the playbook and identify new vectors of growth
