• Strong network of marketing and brand contacts across multiple sectors
• Excellent negotiation presentation and communication skills
• Strategic thinking and ability to craft creative sponsorship solutions
• Results-driven resilient and self-motivated with a track record of meeting revenue goals
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced target-driven environment
• Knowledge of sponsorship valuation activation and ROI measurement
• Familiarity with CRM tools
• Experience working with sports and entertainment properties

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure sponsorship opportunities across sports entertainment and lifestyle properties
• Develop tailored partnership proposals that align brand objectives with property assets
• Lead end-to-end sales processes from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and contract closure
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with brand decision-makers
• Advise clients on marketing goals and translate them into sponsorship strategies
• Research market trends competitor activity and emerging sponsorship opportunities
• Collaborate with strategy and activation teams to ensure campaign delivery and renewals
• Maintain accurate pipeline reports forecasts and CRM updates
• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
