Senior Business Development Manager
About the Role
You will lead business development efforts into financial services, institutions, and infrastructure services. You will work directly with the founding team to develop and execute strategy, identify and secure Web3 financial and infrastructure partners, and build lasting relationships. You will ensure alignment and performance of revenue-generating departments, monitor and optimize the revenue pipeline, add scalable partners, build and mentor teams, and analyze marketplace opportunities to inform competitive strategy.
Requirements
- 3+ years in diversified leadership roles driving revenue growth
- Proven track record in revenue growth via product development, marketing, branding, and partnerships
- Proven experience developing and executing business strategy
- Significant general management and P&L experience
- Ability to craft and execute business strategy
- History of decision making based on business metrics
- Inspirational leadership style and hands on approach
