Senior Business Process Analyst
About the Role
You will analyze current business processes, document workflows and system interactions, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. You will define process roadmaps, gather requirements, and manage process design, implementation and control. You will develop and maintain SOPs and workflow diagrams, track process metrics and KPIs, support change management and stakeholder training, and partner with IT and Product to implement workflow automation and AI-driven solutions. You will also ensure process alignment with compliance and regulatory requirements and refine generative AI prompts to improve documentation and decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Finance Operations or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in business process analysis operational excellence or related fields within fintech payments or financial services
- Proficiency with process mapping tools such as BPMN Lucidchart and Visio
- Experience with workflow automation tools
- Experience with data visualization platforms such as Power BI and Tableau
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to provide data-driven insights
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and experience drafting SOPs and presenting findings
- Knowledge of fintech crypto payments and regulatory requirements is a plus
- Experience with generative AI applications prompt engineering and automation tools

- Ensure processes comply with regulatory requirements and internal governance
- Leverage generative AI and refine prompts to enhance process analysis documentation and automation
