Senior Community Manager (Russian or Ukrainian speaking)
About the Role
You will inspire, support and educate Russian or Ukrainian speaking users and developers. You will discover and track promising blockchain projects, build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and developers, operate and moderate local online communities, and produce regular localized updates. You will plan and run offline events such as seminars and hackathons, recruit and coordinate volunteers, analyze community metrics to guide strategy, and execute localized promotion plans to grow engagement and adoption.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in Web3 and marketing
- Deep understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrency
- Project management and lead discovery abilities
- Experience in social media and community management
- Familiarity with Telegram Twitter and Facebook
- Developer relations experience
- Experience organizing offline events
- Data analysis skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Stress resistance
- Fluency in English and Russian or Ukrainian
