Senior Community Manager (Russian or Ukrainian speaking)
About the Role
You will actively discover and track new blockchain project leads and evaluate opportunities for collaboration. You will identify and engage influencers and KOLs to drive project promotion. You will manage local online communities, publish updates, and respond to member questions. You will grow and support developer communities by providing technical resources and guidance. You will plan and run offline events such as seminars and hackathons to boost engagement. You will recruit and manage volunteers and implement localized marketing strategies to increase regional adoption.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrency
- 3+ years of Web3 and marketing experience
- Project management and lead discovery skills
- Experience in social media and community management (Telegram, Twitter, Facebook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Data analysis skills for community performance and trend assessment
- Experience organizing and executing offline events
- Stress resistance
- Fluency in English and Russian or Ukrainian
