Senior Compliance Officer
About the Role
You will ensure compliance with Lithuanian regulations and stay up to date with regulatory changes. You will prepare the firm for MiCA compliance, develop and implement compliance policies and procedures, monitor and report on obligations, identify and mitigate compliance risks, conduct crypto-related investigations, file SARs to FCIS (FNTT) and perform EDD investigations.

- Experience in financial regulation and compliance
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law Finance Accounting Business Administration or related field a plus
- Knowledge of Lithuanian regulations
- Experience in the cryptocurrency industry
- Certification in compliance or related fields a plus
- AML experience
- Legal background a plus
- Native of Lithuania or proficiency in Lithuanian language preferred
