Senior Data Analyst
About the Role
You will own the tools and data that leaders rely on: build clear, trusted dashboards and data sources, run regular insight discovery loops, and perform deep dives that translate logs and operational signals into priorities. You will reconcile metric definitions, run acceptance tests, close instrumentation gaps, and partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to enable reliable self-serve analytics and support leadership decision making.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, data science, product analytics, consulting, or related roles
- Advanced SQL skills including complex joins and handling messy schemas
- Advanced experience with BI tools such as Looker, Mode, Tableau, Omni, or Hex
- Structured problem solving and ability to turn fuzzy questions into crisp analysis
- Comfort owning end-to-end analyses from framing to follow-through
- Excellent communication and cross-functional partnership skills
