Senior Demand Generation Manager
About the Role
You will own and scale the pipeline engine by designing and executing multi-channel campaigns across paid search, paid social, content syndication, webinars, email, and events. You will build and scale ABM programs and collaborate with sales to define target accounts, design personalized campaigns, and optimize lead handoffs. You will manage HubSpot and marketing automation workflows, optimize lead scoring and routing, run paid acquisition tests focused on CAC and conversion rates, drive SEO/SEM performance and landing page optimization, execute event strategies from sponsorships to field campaigns, and own demand generation analytics and attribution to inform channel and budget decisions.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of B2B demand generation experience
- Experience in fintech crypto payments or developer tools preferred
- Proven track record delivering measurable pipeline growth and revenue impact
- Deep ABM experience building account-based programs and aligning marketing with sales
- Fluency in funnel metrics attribution modeling CAC and LTV
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot LinkedIn Ads Google Ads and ABM platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase
- Understanding of SEO and SEM fundamentals and experience driving organic and paid search performance
- Experience executing event strategies from conference selection to field campaigns
- Startup experience and comfort with ambiguity
- Ability to learn quickly and translate buyer personas into effective campaigns
Responsibilities
- Plan execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns across paid search paid social content syndication webinars email and events
- Build and scale ABM programs targeting high-value accounts
- Collaborate with sales to define target lists design 1:1 and 1:few campaigns and optimize conversion
- Own HubSpot workflows and marketing automation infrastructure
- Build scalable processes and optimize lead scoring and routing
- Manage paid acquisition with a test-and-iterate approach focused on CAC optimization conversion rates and pipeline velocity
- Drive SEO and SEM performance and optimize landing pages and keyword strategies
- Execute event strategies including conference sponsorships and field campaigns
- Partner with sales on lead handoff and closed-loop reporting
- Own demand generation analytics attribution and surface insights for budget allocation
