Senior Designer
About the Role
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and interface design of a cryptocurrency payment processing platform. You will research user needs, build scenarios, create wireframes, UX flows, and high-fidelity mockups. You will hand off designs to developers, support implementation, conduct design reviews, and contribute to the design system including Storybook components. You will influence product decisions through design and document feature logic.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design
- Proven experience designing B2B products, ideally in payments or financial services
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles for both web and mobile platforms
- Experience working with complex admin panels or internal tools is a plus
- Strong understanding of design systems; hands-on experience is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in Figma
- Ability to analyse information, build and test hypotheses including user interviews and the use of analytics/web views
- Comprehensive portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes
- English level: B2 or higher
- Fluent Russian
