Senior DevOps Engineer
About the Role
You will build, automate, and scale the global infrastructure that runs blockchain nodes, validators, and data pipelines. You will design resilient multi-region systems, optimize delivery and deployment pipelines, ensure ultra-low-latency performance, integrate Infrastructure as Code and monitoring, and support production releases and on-call operations.
Requirements
- 6+ years of senior-level DevOps experience with systems administration and bare metal environments
- Proficiency in Go or similar languages
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Kubernetes
- Experience with CI/CD tooling such as GitHub Actions
- Experience with monitoring tools such as DataDog
- Prior infrastructure and product experience in Web3
- Strong understanding of network protocols including DNS TCP/IP and VPN
- Experience with AWS or other cloud environments
- BA/BS in Computer Science Computer Engineering Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience
Responsibilities
- Automate the deployment monitoring and testing processes for blockchain node infrastructure
- Work with Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure including managed control planes
- Collaborate with software teams to ensure smooth operations and support production releases
- Shape the team's technical vision by integrating industry best practices with forward-thinking solutions
- Ensure data security through compliance with standards such as SOC2
- Support recruitment training and mentorship of other engineers
- Participate in and support the on-call rotation to ensure uptime and operational success
