Senior DevRel/Partner Engineer
About the Role
You will maintain and scale developer programs, automate repetitive workflows, and improve templates and technical documentation. You will represent the product at hackathons, conferences, meetups, and workshops, run demos and live coding sessions, and travel to events. You will provide hands-on support on Discord and partner channels, help developers debug and troubleshoot, review and validate submissions, coordinate 1:1 sessions with partners, and create tutorials, videos, and demos to improve onboarding.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience
- TypeScript
- Rust
- Solidity
- Next.js
- Experience participating in or winning hackathons
- Public speaking and ability to explain complex concepts clearly in public settings
- Willingness to travel to events and support developers on-site
Responsibilities
- Represent Zama at hackathons, conferences, meetups, and workshops
- Support teams building with privacy-preserving smart contracts
- Run demos, live coding sessions, and contest support
- Support the developer program including bounty and builder submissions
- Review and validate submissions with focus on quality and fairness
- Identify repetitive tasks and automate them through scripts or tooling
- Open actionable tickets, contribute fixes via PRs, or coordinate resolutions
- Collaborate with the Developer Experience team to enhance workflows
- Provide active support on Discord and partner communication channels
- Help developers debug and troubleshoot Zama's stack
- Coordinate 1:1 sessions with priority ecosystem developers and partners
- Contribute to and expand docs, guides, and examples
- Create tutorials, videos, and demos to improve developer onboarding
- Maintain written updates for new features, version changes, and breaking updates
