Senior Director, AI
About the Role
You will lead the enterprise AI strategy and design future-state workflows using Generative and Agentic AI. You will run cross-functional workshops, analyze business processes across departments, and prioritize high-ROI AI use cases. You will build and lead a team of AI/ML engineers, guide LLM usage for automation and decision support, secure stakeholder buy-in, and execute change management, training, and measurement plans to deliver measurable productivity and cost improvements.
Requirements
- 9+ years driving business transformation strategic advisory or innovation
- Practical experience leading AI Generative AI and Agentic AI initiatives
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams from ideation to execution
- Experience applying AI and LLMs to production use cases
- Exceptional communication facilitation and narrative-building skills
- Knowledge of design thinking techniques
- Proven experience with organizational change management strategies and impact measurement
Responsibilities
