Senior Engineering Manager
About the Role
You will lead and support multiple engineering teams, coaching engineers, giving regular feedback, and defining clear growth paths. You will create the conditions for teams to deliver consistently, partner with Product to shape priorities, remove friction in processes and communication, hire and grow teams across France and the UK, and act as a thoughtful technical counterpart who protects long term quality without being hands on.
Requirements
- Several years of experience as an Engineering Manager in a SaaS or scale up environment
- Strong engineering background and comfort engaging deeply with technical topics
- Proven track record of leading high performing teams through growth and change
- Experience working with distributed teams across multiple countries
- Experience with modern backend systems such as Rust or Node.js and data heavy platforms is a plus
- Experience in fintech crypto or financial systems is a bonus curiosity and learning mindset are essential
