Senior Executive Assistant
About the Role
You will work very closely with the General Partner to drive day to day investment activities and ensure follow through on priorities. You will manage complex calendars, coordinate multiple concurrent projects, and handle frequent schedule changes. You will draft executive emails, presentations, board materials, and reports for senior audiences. You will anticipate needs, solve problems under pressure, and act with a bias for action. You must be based in New York and able to work fully office based or be open to relocating to New York.
Requirements
- Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and complex calendars
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and executive drafting skills
- Experience preparing presentations, board materials, and reports
- Adaptability, resilience under pressure, problem‑solving mindset, and bias for action
- Any industry background acceptable with strong preference for investment experience
- Based in New York City or willing to relocate and work fully office based
