Senior Frontend Engineer

About the Role

You will build and maintain a high-performance, responsive, real-time frontend that powers trading interfaces and network features. You will implement dynamic UIs that handle live order books, price updates, and trade executions, collaborate with product, UX/UI and backend engineers, and ensure smooth API and data flows. You will optimize rendering and resource usage to minimize load times and prevent lag under heavy data loads, apply testing (unit, integration, end-to-end), and document and maintain scalable frontend architecture using modern frameworks and state management.

Requirements

• 6+ years in frontend development building high-performance real-time web applications
• Deep expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript
• Strong knowledge of modern web frameworks (e.g., React) and client-side React architecture
• Advanced CSS techniques and responsive design experience
• Experience with WebSocket or other real-time data protocols
• Proven commitment to writing clean maintainable code and testing methodologies
• Comfortable working in dynamic environments with shifting priorities and strong communication skills
• Prior remote or distributed team collaboration with product design and backend engineers
• Preferred 8+ years in frontend development, especially within fintech trading or real-time data applications
• Knowledge of server-side rendering (e.g., Next.js) and progressive web app development
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with web3 frontend stack (ethers or viem) and client-side private key management

• Build responsive and accessible frontends across devices and browsers
• Architect scalable maintainable codebases using modern frameworks and state management
• Collaborate with product and UX/UI designers to translate requirements into interfaces
• Implement and maintain testing practices including unit integration and end-to-end testing
