Senior Full Stack Engineer, Matcha
About the Role
You will own user-facing features end-to-end, from requirements and design reviews to shipping, telemetry, and iteration. You will primarily build performant React/Next.js interfaces, optimize browser performance, and instrument product analytics to guide decisions. When it unlocks a better experience, you will work in backend code and interact with smart contracts and Web3 tooling. You will ship autonomously, iterate quickly with product and design partners, and mentor peers through code review and technical leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years building production web apps
- Fluency in TypeScript and modern React patterns
- Strong command of HTML and CSS and browser performance fundamentals
- Proven experience designing and consuming APIs (REST or GraphQL)
- Experience with Web3 tooling (wagmi, viem, ethers.js) or ability to ramp quickly
- Time-zone overlap with US Pacific ± 4 hours
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Passion for decentralization
Responsibilities
- Build performant React/Next.js user interfaces that simplify complex DeFi interactions
