Senior Full Stack Engineer (Platform)
About the Role
You will build and maintain frontend and backend components that power protocol security insights. You will design and implement scalable dashboards, develop and operate GraphQL APIs and data services, and optimize platform performance. You will own projects end-to-end, write tests and documentation, participate in code reviews, and mentor junior engineers. You will collaborate with research and protocol teams to translate complex protocol mechanics into intuitive, data-rich interfaces and continuously improve platform tooling.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience
- Proven ability to independently manage projects and deliver production-grade features
- Strong experience building React web applications
- Solid understanding of API design and GraphQL
- Experience with data-intensive applications and analytics dashboards
- Experience with Node.js and/or Python
- Comfortable working in dynamic, high-ownership environments
- Experience designing, developing, and operating cloud-native services (AWS or GCP)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps workflows
- Strong foundation in accessibility, performance, and testing best practices
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Passion for DeFi and blockchain technology
Responsibilities
- Own projects end-to-end, breaking down goals into actionable tasks and driving execution
- Design and implement scalable frontend dashboards and visualization tools
- Build and maintain GraphQL APIs and backend data services
- Develop new features, architecture improvements, and performance optimizations for the Alert Portal
- Translate research and protocol data into intuitive, data-rich interfaces
- Ensure code quality through testing, documentation, and code reviews
- Mentor and support junior engineers and share best practices
- Identify product opportunities and technical improvements across the platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outputs
