Senior Full Stack Engineer

About the Role

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role in a distributed engineering environment with operational responsibility
• Experience creating responsive web applications and corresponding backend APIs using testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with databases such as DynamoDB or RDS
• Strong AWS experience (examples: AWS Lambda, API Gateway, AWS Cognito, AWS Glue, Athena)
• Fluency in at least one back-end language such as TypeScript or Python
• Ability to plan projects, communicate status, and deliver high-quality results
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills
• 4 year undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or equivalent experience
• Preferred: prior startup or fast-paced B2B infrastructure/SaaS experience
• Preferred: past contributions to open source projects
• Preferred: willingness to engage in public speaking, customer demonstrations, and training

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, deploy, and support client-side and server-side architectures
• Build full stack experiences for operational data sharing, file sharing, analytical data sharing, and AI outcomes
• Develop and maintain CLI and SDK tooling for customers
• Advocate and implement automation, CI/CD, testing, security, and performance best practices
• Plan engineering roadmaps and collaborate with leadership to balance feature delivery and operational excellence
• Communicate project status and deliver high-quality results with operational responsibility including on-call support
