Senior G&A Recruiter
About the Role
You will lead full-cycle recruiting for Finance, Legal, People, Operations, and other G&A functions. You will partner with executives and hiring managers to define talent needs, craft best-in-class candidate experiences, develop creative sourcing strategies and market maps, build proactive pipelines, act as a trusted hiring advisor, refine recruiting processes, and analyze sourcing data to optimize outreach and conversions. You will manage a high volume of diverse requisitions, communicate in an async-first environment, and maintain overlapping hours for collaboration when required.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with G&A functions
- Proven success recruiting in high-growth fast-paced environments
- Strong understanding of compliance-sensitive hiring and regulated functions
- Ability to manage a high volume of diverse requisitions with attention to detail
- Structured communicator comfortable working asynchronously
- Skilled in delivering exceptional candidate experience across roles and levels
- Maintain at least a 4-hour overlap with PST business hours
