Senior Graphic Designer
About the Role
You will drive the visual identity and execute creative design across digital channels for crypto-native audiences. You will create engaging graphics for websites, social media, events, and marketing campaigns, optimized for platforms like Twitter, Discord, and Telegram. You will work quickly to iterate on on-trend designs, produce meme-driven content when appropriate, and ensure all work follows brand guidelines. You will build and maintain a scalable asset library and design systems, coordinate with internal teams and external agencies, and lead design efforts for events and larger campaigns.
Requirements
- Proven 5+ years experience in graphic design leadership with a strong digital-first portfolio
- Experience in Web3 or technology companies preferred
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
- Deep understanding of meme culture, degen culture, and crypto-native platforms
- Ability to deliver high-quality assets quickly under short timelines
- Experience managing creative workflows and collaborating with cross-functional teams and external agencies
- Familiarity with design systems, asset management, and scalable templates
