Senior Growth Marketing Manager

About the Role

You will lead end-to-end demand generation programs that convert market interest into qualified pipeline and bookings. You will design, execute, and optimize global campaigns tailored to enterprise, mid-market, and regional segments. You will partner closely with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing Operations to improve attribution, accelerate deal velocity, and measure ROI. You will iterate quickly on experiments, manage MarTech infrastructure, and use data to prioritize high-impact initiatives.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with focus on demand generation
  • Proven ability to drive revenue-impacting campaigns in partnership with Sales, Product Marketing, and RevOps
  • Experience marketing to technical and compliance-oriented buyers
  • Experience executing global campaigns across multiple customer segments and regions
  • Hands-on experience with pipeline attribution tools and MarTech infrastructure
  • Strong project management and executional rigor
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams through data-backed storytelling
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
