Senior Growth Marketing Manager

About the Role

You will own end-to-end demand generation campaigns: design strategy, execute programs, and optimize performance across the funnel. You will partner closely with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing to convert interest into pipeline, measure attribution, and iterate on plays that accelerate deal velocity. You will build repeatable, localized motions for enterprise and mid-market segments, run experiments, and deliver data-backed insights that improve ROI and win rates.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with a focus on demand generation
  • Proven track record driving revenue-impacting campaigns in partnership with Sales and RevOps
  • Experience marketing to technical or compliance-oriented buyers in regulated industries
  • Familiarity with global campaign execution and multi-segment pipeline development
  • Hands-on experience with pipeline attribution tools, campaign metrics, and MarTech infrastructure
  • Strong project management skills and executional rigor
  • Ability to influence GTM teams through data-backed storytelling
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
