Senior Implementation Manager

About the Role

You will lead integrations of enterprise clients into the platform, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. You will collaborate with operations, compliance, and sales to tailor solutions, analyze onboarding metrics, and design onboarding workflows. You will train CSMs, Implementation Specialists, and Product Analysts, write basic scripts for testing and automation, read API documentation, and use SQL and analytics tools to measure success and report findings.

Requirements

  • 4-8+ years of implementation experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments delivering complex integrations
  • Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis
  • Ability to read code and API documentation
  • Ability to write basic scripts for testing and automation
  • Experience managing multiple implementations and stakeholder expectations to drive projects to completion
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to developers and business stakeholders
  • Strong written documentation skills
  • Analytical approach to troubleshooting and developing workarounds
  • Comfort with ambiguity, rapid context-switching, and building processes in a high-growth environment
  • Payment industry knowledge (desirable)
  • Experience with card issuing programs or BaaS platforms (desirable)
  • Familiarity with stablecoins, blockchain, or crypto payment rails (desirable)

  • Design onboarding workflows for new business customers
  • Provide data-driven insights to enhance the user experience during onboarding
  • Define business requirements and create user stories for onboarding
  • Track and measure onboarding success with analytics tools and report findings
