Senior Integrations Manager
About the Role
You will lead client onboarding and manage end-to-end integrations of fraud and compliance products. You will translate technical requirements into practical solutions, own API and SDK documentation, and ensure smooth deployments. You will manage implementation projects, monitor timelines and quality, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide product feedback to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on experience as an implementation manager, integrations engineer, technical account manager, solution architect, or systems analyst working with multiple technical teams
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payment, fraud, risk, or compliance domains
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including communicating complex technical and business concepts to technical and non-technical personas
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive deliverables to completion
- Advanced experience with SQL querying and JSON payload analysis
- Experience with API specs like OpenAPI, web development, and scripting to build internal tools (e.g., bash, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, Postman)
Responsibilities
- Lead implementation and integration efforts for fraud and compliance products
- Provide end-to-end onboarding support to clients
- Own API and SDK documentation, integration guides, and support documents
- Analyze clients' technical and functional requirements and design solutions
- Manage implementation projects, monitor project quality, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and drive deliverables
- Understand customers' business problems, technical requirements, and success criteria to provide solutions
- Provide product feedback to internal stakeholders
