Senior Learning & Development Officer
About the Role
You will design, facilitate, and deliver leadership and management learning programs for mid-level and frontline leads. You will manage and maintain management development roadmaps in the LMS, ensure learning quality and alignment with leadership principles, and drive adoption of coaching and continuous learning. You will support new manager onboarding, collect and analyze participation and effectiveness data, maintain training records and certifications, provide LMS administration and user support, and create feedback loops to continuously improve content.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience with 3+ years in learning or training focused on management training
- Experience using Moodle or similar Learning Management System to deliver and track training
- Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Slack and Google Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines and priorities
- Advanced computer skills and aptitude for learning multiple systems
- Fluent in English and French, written and spoken
- Work authorization in Senegal
