Senior Manager, Analytics Engineering
About the Role
You will lead and grow the analytics engineering function, hiring and mentoring engineers and managers. You will architect core data models, design and maintain reliable data pipelines, and implement rigorous testing, monitoring, and validation frameworks. You will build domain-specific data marts for finance, CX, HR, compliance, and product, and deliver dashboards, ad-hoc analyses, and self-service tools. You will partner with stakeholders across the organization to integrate cross-product data and drive measurable business outcomes. You will explore and apply LLMs and AI to analytics, preparing data foundations optimized for AI-driven workflows while balancing hands-on technical work with strategic leadership.
Requirements
- Experience building and leading data teams including hiring managers
- Expertise in data modeling ETL and ELT
- Experience with modern data stack tools such as Airflow dbt Snowflake and Hex
- Advanced SQL for transformation querying and optimization
- Familiarity with version control GitHub and CI CD workflows
- Hands-on technical leadership and experience building scalable frameworks
- Practical knowledge of OOP and software engineering best practices
- Strong statistical and probability foundation
- Experience partnering with product data science CX and compliance teams
- Interest and experience applying LLMs AI and prompt engineering to analytics
- Autonomous accountable and effective cross-functional communicator
