Senior Manager - Business Development (Stablecoin Payments)
About the Role
You will identify, negotiate, and execute integration partnerships with payment infrastructure providers including payment orchestrators, PSPs, stablecoin issuers, and wallet platforms. You will drive adoption of Algorand assets across neobanks, wallets, and fintechs, develop and execute go-to-market initiatives, and manage a pipeline from initial contact through activation. You will collaborate with technical, marketing, and ecosystem teams to ensure smooth implementations, track partnership performance, and represent the organization at industry events and partner meetings.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, with a focus on payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure
- Proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing complex commercial partnerships
- Deep understanding of the payments value chain including PSPs, stablecoin issuers, and wallet technologies
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate technical integrations into business value
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including technical and marketing stakeholders
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Self-starter who thrives in a high-growth, decentralized, and fast-moving environment
- Familiarity with blockchain or digital assets is preferred but not required

- Drive expansion of Algorand asset support across neobanks, wallets, and fintech platforms
- Develop and execute go-to-market initiatives to grow transaction and settlement volume
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of strategic payments integrations from contact to activation
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth implementation of integrations
- Track and report on partnership performance and identify opportunities to deepen integrations
- Represent Algorand Foundation at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, developer relations, and ecosystem teams to maximize payments initiatives
