Senior Manager - Community Growth
About the Role
You will develop and execute a community strategy that drives brand reputation. You will build, monitor, and grow online communities across Discord, Twitter, and Telegram. You will create engaging text, image, and video content and run social media and communication campaigns. You will respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner, organize and participate in events, and coordinate with Marketing, PR, BizDev, Development, and Sales to stay aligned on products and features. You will build relationships with customers, industry professionals, and journalists, and stay up to date with digital technology trends.
Requirements
- 3+ years in community roles experience
- Experience in crypto services and or tech companies
- Strong team player who is autonomous and has a bias to action
