Senior Manager, Consulting Ecosystem
About the Role
You will engage directly with consulting firms and system integrators to source and manage strategic channel partnerships. You will qualify partner-sourced deals, drive the approval process, and support integrations from kickoff through launch. You will respond to RFPs, represent Stellar at events, propose partner enablement materials, set geographic priorities, monitor institutional adoption, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure partners meet targets and integrations succeed.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business development or as a founder, especially in technical industries
- Proven experience closing large complex enterprise-scale deals in finance or fintech internationally
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time
- Experience working with internal and external stakeholders and reseller-type partners
- Ability to participate actively in cross-functional projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, financial inclusion, and the Stellar network
- Engineering background or strong technical grasp of blockchain technology
- Track record of seeing projects through and communicating outcomes clearly
Responsibilities
- Source new and manage existing relationships with strategic channel partners
- Qualify partner-sourced deals and drive internal approval processes
- Support and coordinate the technical and operational integration process
- Close large transformational consulting partnerships
- Advocate for partners and drive internal initiatives to support them
- Collaborate with grants, community, and marketing to launch partner programs
- Respond to and support partner responses to RFPs
- Represent Stellar at industry venues and organize representation
- Propose and develop partner-facing educational materials and landing pages
- Monitor blockchain adoption by large institutions and adjust partner priorities
- Set geographical priorities for partner efforts
