Senior Manager, Integrated Communications
About the Role
You will develop and execute integrated communications plans for Indonesia, lead media relations, manage agency partners, and craft localized messaging for global announcements and product features. You will deliver timely crisis communication responses, produce press materials, monitor media coverage, and evaluate communication effectiveness. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners including Operations, Marketing, Policy, and Legal to ensure alignment and drive results.
Requirements
- Minimum 7-8 years in Communications with strong track record with Indonesian media
- Proven experience with broadcast print and online media in Indonesia
- Experience managing agency partners and external PR firms
- Skilled concise written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa
- Strong project management and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in corporate communications reputation management and crisis management
- Comfortable working in fast-paced cross-functional environments and meeting tight deadlines
- Experience in global disruptive tech or start-up environments; crypto blockchain web3 experience is a plus
